How many players can we register?
Coed 6’s, with rosters of 6–10+ players. A minimum of 2 females must be on the court.
Which division should we choose?
Recreational has no spiking or overhand serves. Competitive permits both. Five games are guaranteed.
What is the team registration fee?
Team Registration: $685 + HST per team. Each team registration includes one official Mikasa BV550C volleyball.
Can we register multiple teams?
Yes. Set your team count to generate one team section per team. Apply one event date to all teams, or choose dates separately.
Does sponsorship include team registration?
Yes. Included entries range from one for Team Sponsor to up to seven for Title Sponsor. See the sponsorship page for the full draft benefits.
Can we order apparel?
Yes. The registration preview includes official Blue, Black and White shirt samples and size quantities from Small to XXXL. Final apparel pricing and sponsor allowances require confirmation.
What happens if weather affects an event?
Final weather, cancellation and rescheduling policy wording is required from Heatwave Events. Contact the team for current guidance.
How do we request an accommodation?

What is the payment policy?
Note: Payment is Non-refundable. A receipt for tax purposes is available to registered businesses (upon request).
