8:30 AM – 8:45 AM: Team Captains’ Meeting
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Regular Game Play (Round Robin)
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Single-Elimination Playoffs
Following Finals: Championship Trophies and Medals

Timing is subject to change. The event may be divided into two waves: Recreational in the morning and Competitive in the afternoon. The overall event will run from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with each division playing for approximately half a day.
